Responsible AI
Every hiring tool now says its AI is responsible. Here is how SchemaHR keeps people in charge, and the evidence your team can show when someone asks.
Every ranking comes with a written explanation your team can read, question and disagree with.
A recruiter can bring any candidate back with one click, and the reversal is recorded.
Every decision the system suggested, and what a person did with it, ready for an audit.
Selection rates by gender, region and disability, with groups falling behind flagged for review.
SchemaHR's AI ranks applications, interviews candidates and checks answers against CVs. It never offers anyone a job, and it never moves a candidate forward on its own judgement.
Where screening rules you set reject an application automatically, a recruiter can reverse it in one click and the candidate returns for review with their full analysis. The reversal is recorded with who made it and when.
Every stage change is logged with the person who made it. A register of automated decisions shows what the system suggested and what a person did with it.
Reports cover the full application register, stage history and selection rates by gender, region and disability, with groups falling behind flagged for review. All of it exports to Excel.
Candidates consent before they apply, and again before an AI interview. They are told when an interview is led by an AI, and can ask to speak with a person at any time without it counting against them.
When a role closes, everyone who wasn't selected is told. Candidates can sign in to see where their application stands.
Uploaded CVs and the text read from them are kept while the role is open and deleted 21 days after it closes, or sooner if your company's policy says so. A candidate can ask for their data or ask for it to be erased.
Candidate data is never used to train AI models. Each company's data is kept separate, and access inside your company follows the roles you give your team.
The full detail is in our privacy policy.
We’ll walk them through how decisions, data and retention work, with your own roles as the example.
